MK-677, also known as Ibutamoren and Oratrope, is an orally active, selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor. Research has shown that MK-677 increases the secretion of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), but does not affect cortisol levels.
